4 chicken thighs
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/8 cup oyster sauce
1 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon corn starch
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon oil for frying
