Slice the chicken breast into thin strips.

Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add oil.

Add the marinated chicken to the pan and stir-fry until cooked through.

Add the bell pepper, onion, scallions, minced ginger, and garlic to the pan and stir-fry for a few more minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix the chicken broth, hoisin sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar to create the sauce.

Pour the sauce over the stir-fried chicken and vegetables, and add the cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce. Stir well to combine.
