Crumble the yeast into 3 dl of warm milk and add 1 tablespoon of sugar, stir and let the yeast activate.

In a bowl, add 800 g of flour, the activated yeast mixture, 2 dl of water, 0.5 dl of oil, and 1 level spoon of salt.

Mix all the ingredients until they come together, adding more flour as necessary to knead a smooth dough that doesn't stick to your hands.

Knead the dough on the table until it is soft and smooth, adding flour as needed.

Sprinkle flour on the bowl, place the dough inside, cover with a cloth, and let it rise for about 30 minutes.

Once risen, roll out the dough to about finger thickness and cut into circles.

Coat a deep pan with melted margarine and layer the dough circles, coating each with margarine as you stack them.

Let the layered dough stand for 15-20 minutes before baking.

Preheat the oven to 200°C and coat the risen dough with beaten egg before baking.

Bake for 30 minutes.
