Prepare the yeast by mixing 100 milliliters of warm milk, 2 and a quarter teaspoons of yeast, and half a teaspoon of sugar. Set aside for 10 minutes to activate.

Sift 3 cups of all-purpose flour into a bowl and make a well in the center.
