1 lb mutton, cut into pieces
1 tablespoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup tomato puree
2 tablespoons pickling spices (Achari Masala)
1 cup water
1/2 cup yogurt (curd)
2 green chilies (Bhawnagari Mirch), chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Add Mutton and Red Chilli powder, then Salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes until Mutton starts browning.

Add Tomato puree and cook for at least 5 more minutes.

Add Achari Masala and cook until the rawness is gone, adding little water to prevent burning.

Add Curd and mix nicely, then lower the heat.

Add water and give one final mix, cover, and cook for at least 20 minutes.

Prepare stuffed Green Chilli by deseeding Bhawnagari Mirch and mixing pickle Masala with Lemon juice.

Stuff the prepared Masala into the Green Chilli.

Add the stuffed Green Chilli to the curry and cook for 2-3 minutes.
