2 chicken breasts
2 cups broccoli florets
1 large red onion
1 tablespoon organic flour
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 zucchinis
1 large carrot
1 tablespoon raw honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon hot sesame oil
fresh minced ginger

Heat 2 tablespoons of peanut oil in a wok on high heat.

Sprinkle about 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt over 2 sliced chicken breasts and mix evenly.

Coat the chicken with 1 tablespoon of flour to thicken the sauce and seal in juices.

Add the chicken to the hot oil, ensuring pieces are separated, and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until golden.

Remove the chicken and set aside.

In the same wok, add sliced red onion and fresh minced ginger, lowering the heat to medium to soften the onions.

Mix in 1 tablespoon of honey and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, along with 1 tablespoon of hot sesame oil.

Increase the heat to high and add broccoli florets and sliced carrot to the wok.

After 2 minutes, add the partially cooked chicken back into the wok along with the zucchini.

Cook for another 2 minutes, then add the remaining garlic salt and stir.
