1 cup yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 cup green bell pepper, sliced
1 cup carrot, julienned
1 cup green beans, trimmed
2 tablespoons curry powder
2 tablespoons garlic & ginger paste
1 medium onion, sliced
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons cornflour
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1/2 cup water

Prepare the chicken thighs by cutting them into bite-sized pieces.

Chop all the vegetables: red, yellow, and green bell peppers, carrot, and green beans.
