Add the spices: salt to taste, 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon of amchur powder, 1/4 teaspoon of asafoetida, 1/2 teaspoon of chaat masala, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper powder. Mix everything quickly.

Add the roasted corn flakes back into the kadhai and toss them lightly to mix with the other ingredients without breaking them.

Roast the mixture for an additional 2 to 3 minutes to ensure all spices and ingredients are well combined.
