Soy sauce 2 tbs
Hot sauce 2 tbs
Tomato paste 1 tbs
Chicken powder 1 & ½ tsp
Chilli oil 2 tbs
Sugar ¼ tsp
Cornflour 1 & ½ tsp
Sesame seeds
Spring onion leaves chopped

In a frying pan, add cooking oil and onion, and sauté until translucent.

Add carrot and capsicum, mix well, cover, and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes, then cook on high flame until it dries up.

Let it cool.

In a saucepan, add water and heat it.

Add napa cabbage leaves and blanch for 30 seconds, then take out and remove the stem.

Add prepared beef filling and fold to make a roll (makes 14-16).

On a griddle, add cooking oil, place napa cabbage rolls, and fry on medium flame from both sides until golden.
