1.5 kg lamb
white cabbage
black pepper
1.5 cups water

Place the lamb in the bottom of the pot.

Cut the cabbage into large pieces and add it on top of the lamb.

Add whole black pepper and a little bit of oil.

Add salt (approximately 1 teaspoon) to taste.

Pour in about 1.5 cups of water.

Cover the pot and cook for about 1.5 hours in a pressure cooker.

If using a regular pot, cook for about 3 hours.

Prepare small red potatoes by washing them and boiling them separately.
