80 ml mayonnaise
80 ml oyster sauce
1 medium onion (diced)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 bell pepper (diced)
2 pcs finger peppers (diced)
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp ground pepper

Heat the oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.

Add the diced tofu and fry until golden brown.

Remove the tofu and set aside.

In the same pan, add the diced onion, minced garlic, bell pepper, and finger peppers. Sauté until the onions are translucent.

Return the fried tofu to the pan and add the mayonnaise, oyster sauce, ground pepper, and salt. Stir well to combine.
