4 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 whole cabbage
1/4 cup sesame seed oil
1 big onion
5 or 6 stalks of celery
8 mushrooms
1 green pepper
carrot shreds
1/2 cauliflower
1 cup soy sauce

Start by cooking 4 1/2 pounds of ground beef in a large pan on the stove.

Chop the cabbage, mushrooms, cauliflower, celery, carrots, and green pepper while the beef is cooking.

Add the chopped green pepper and onion to the cooking ground beef.

Add 1/4 cup of sesame seed oil to a hot pan and then add the chopped cabbage to soften it.

Cover the cabbage and let it cook for a few minutes until it reduces down.

Transfer the cooked ground beef to a large Rubbermaid container.

Add the cooked cabbage into the Rubbermaid container with the ground beef.

In another pan, add the remaining chopped vegetables and 1 cup of soy sauce to cook them.

Stir the vegetables around and cover to let them cook for several minutes.

Combine all the cooked ingredients from the Rubbermaid container and mix them together thoroughly.
