1 pound ground meat (hamburger or pork)
14 oz prepared coleslaw mix
1 tablespoon ginger (minced)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
2 green onions (sliced)
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 eggs
2 teaspoons Sriracha
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil

Heat a skillet until droplets of water evaporate.

Add about 1 tablespoon of oil to the hot skillet.

Add 1 pound of ground meat to the skillet and cook until browned.

Drain excess fat from the meat if necessary.

Add 3 cloves of minced garlic and 1 tablespoon of minced ginger to the meat and cook for about 30 seconds.

Add 14 oz of prepared coleslaw mix to the skillet.

Pour in 1/4 cup of low sodium soy sauce and stir to combine.

Create a well in the center of the mixture and crack in 2 eggs, scrambling them in the well.

Lower the heat to medium-low and stir in 2 teaspoons of Sriracha.
