Add 97% fat free ground turkey to the skillet and start cooking.

Wash hands while the turkey cooks.

Season the turkey with fresh ground pepper and no salt.

Add sliced onion to the turkey once it's mostly cooked.

Add one bag of Kor mix (red cabbage, white cabbage, carrot) to the skillet.

Add a few drops of Maggie seasoning sauce to the mix.

Place a lid on the skillet to help steam and wilt the cabbage.

Add reduced sodium soy sauce to the skillet for additional moisture.

Let the mixture cook for about 5 minutes, then start mixing it.
