Egg Roll in a Bowl

1 teaspoon primal kitchen avocado oil
1 pound ground pork
1 bag coleslaw mix
1/4 cup primal kitchen no soy teriyaki sauce
1 teaspoon coconut aminos
2 green onions, sliced
2 tablespoons cilantro leaves
1/4 cup macadamia nuts
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
squeeze of fresh lime juice

Heat up a pan.

Add 1 teaspoon of primal kitchen avocado oil to the pan.

Add 1 pound of ground pork to the pan and cook until browned, stirring well.

Remove the ground pork from the burner and drain excess oil.

Add the ground pork back to the pan.

Add a bag of coleslaw mix to the pan and stir well.

Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes or until the coleslaw is wilted, stirring frequently.

Add 1/4 cup of primal kitchen no soy teriyaki sauce to the pan.

Add 1 teaspoon of coconut aminos to the pan.

Add 2 sliced green onions and 2 tablespoons of cilantro leaves to the pan.

Remove from heat and top with 1/4 cup of macadamia nuts, 2 tablespoons of toasted sesame seeds, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
