Descongelar o marisco por 24 horas na geladeira.
Lavar o marisco para remover areia.
Cortar a cebola em brunoise (cubinhos pequenos).
Cortar o pimentão, removendo a parte branca, e depois em tiras e cubinhos.
Cortar o alho em axê (fatias finas).
Aquecer uma panela e adicionar 2 colheres de óleo de coco e um pouco de azeite.
Adicionar o alho e refogar rapidamente, tomando cuidado para não queimar.
Adicionar a cebola e refogar até que comece a soltar aroma.
Adicionar os pimentões e refogar por mais 1-2 minutos.
Temperar com sal e pimenta a gosto.
Adicionar o limão espremido.
Adicionar os tomates picados e misturar bem.
Adicionar o marisco e misturar novamente.
Adicionar aproximadamente 150 ml de água.
Adicionar molho de tomate a gosto, sem usar todo.
Adicionar mais sal, se necessário, e misturar.
Deixar ferver e depois baixar o fogo, cozinhando por 6-7 minutos.
Adicionar o leite de coco, cerca de dois terços do vidro.
Cozinhar por mais 2-3 minutos para engrossar.
