Soak then de-bone the stockfish. Boil in the water, along with the goat meat.

Add the smoked prawns whole. Grind the dried crayfish then add to the pot.

Mix about a third of a cup of palm oil with the achi powder until smooth, then add to the soup. It will start to thicken. Top up with boiling water if necessary.

Add the stock cube and salt to season the food. Add the chopped scotch bonnet peppers.

Allow to simmer for about 10 minutes, ensuring the soup is not too thick.

Add the chopped oha and uziza leaves, steam for a further 5 minutes then take off the heat.
