1

Prepare strawberry jelly according to the instructions on the jelly crystal packet, allowing it to set for 45 minutes to 1 hour at room temperature.

2

Boil 1/2 litre of milk, then turn off the stove and let it cool to room temperature.

3

Add 2 tablespoons of store-bought rose syrup and 1.5 tablespoons of sugar to the cooled milk, mixing well.

4

Refrigerate the rose milk until ready to assemble the falooda.

5

In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the save, cooking for about 1 minute before straining and setting aside.

6

In a bowl, soak sabja seeds in enough water for about 5 minutes until they plump up, then set aside.

7

In two tall glasses, layer the prepared strawberry jelly at the bottom.

8

Add a layer of cooked save on top of the jelly.

9

Drizzle a little rose syrup over the save layer.

10

Add a layer of soaked sabja seeds.

11

Pour in the chilled rose milk until the glass is filled halfway.

12

Scoop one scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the rose milk.

13

Add chopped nuts (almonds and pistachios) and small pieces of fresh fruits (apple and banana) on top of the ice cream.

14

Layer with another scoop of jelly, followed by another teaspoon of sabja seeds and another scoop of vanilla ice cream.
