4 oz. coconut water
3/4 cup kale
1/2 orange
1/4 medium granny smith apple
1/4 medium pear
2 - 2 inch pieces frozen banana
3 pieces frozen pineapple
1/2 cup frozen green grapes
1 dash cayenne

Wash the kale thoroughly and chop it into smaller pieces.

In a blender, combine the chopped kale, frozen banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and chia seeds.

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.

If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.

Add ice cubes and blend again until the ice is crushed and well incorporated.
