Grease a tray lightly with ghee and set aside.
Combine desiccated coconut and powdered milk in a bowl without turning on the heat.
Turn on the heat to low and mix the coconut and powdered milk for 1-2 minutes.
Increase the heat to medium and add the entire can of condensed milk, mixing well.
Adjust with 1-2 teaspoons of milk if the mixture is too dry.
Cook on low to medium heat for another 3-4 minutes until the mixture starts to release from the pot and smells toasted.
Remove from heat and pour the mixture into the greased tray, flattening it out.
Garnish with additional desiccated coconut and let it set for about 4 hours.
