Blend the desiccated coconut and cashew nuts together.
Pour the blended mixture into a fry pan and keep stirring.
Fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the powder milk and mix well.
Roast for 1 minute and keep aside.
In a separate pan, boil the liquid milk and sugar on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
Gradually pour in the coconut mixture.
Add 1 tbsp of ghee and cook on low heat until thickened and separates from the pan.
Pour the mixture into a 6 inch oil greased mould lined with baking paper and spread evenly.
Keep aside for 2 hours to set.
