Grate 112 grams of cheddar cheese into a mixing bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons of pretend butter and 1 teaspoon of salt to the bowl.
Add 1 cup of plain flour to the mixture.
Add 2 tablespoons of cold water, mixing until combined. You may need to add another tablespoon or two of water to achieve a crumbly texture.
Smoosh the mixture together with your hands until it forms a ball.
Wrap the dough in a tea towel and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, but it can stay longer if needed.
After 30 minutes, roll the dough out on a non-stick baking mat until it's about 4-5 millimeters thick.
Cut the rolled dough into squares about an inch in size and separate them on the tray.
Bake in the oven for about 13 minutes until golden.
Let the crackers cool on the bench to crisp up before serving.
