Nutritional yeast provides a cheesy flavor with fewer calories.

Oat flour is less expensive and gluten-free.
Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine grated parmesan cheese and almond flour.
Add egg, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt to the bowl.
Mix until a dough forms.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
Flatten each portion slightly with the back of a spoon.
Sprinkle dried herbs on top of each cracker, if desired.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
