Wrap the logs in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Slice the chilled dough into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.
Serve with dips or enjoy as a snack.
