Impastare tutti gli ingredienti nell’impastatrice a spirale per 4 minuti in 1a velocità e  5 minuti in 2a velocità. La temperatura finale dell’impasto dev’essere di 25–26°C.

Far riposare l’impasto 30 minuti coperto.

Nel frattempo riempire una pentola capiente d’acqua e portate quest’ultima a ebollizione.

Dividere l’impasto in piccoli filoncini, allungarli con le mani e richiuderli ad anelli pinzando le due estremità con le dita.

Una volta terminato di formare i taralli, immergerli nell’acqua e farli bollire finché vengono a galla.

Raccogliere i taralli con una schiumarola e farli asciugare su un canovaccio.

Successivamente disporli su una teglia con carta da forno e cuocerli a 180°C per circa 20/30 minuti e comunque fino a che il tarallo risulti ben dorato ed asciutto.
