1 cup White til (sesame seed)
1 cup Jaggery
1 tsp Ghee
2 tbsp Water
1/4 tsp Elaichi powder (cardamom)

In a pan, heat ghee and add sesame seeds, toasting them until golden brown.

In another pan, combine jaggery and water, heating until the jaggery dissolves and reaches a soft ball stage.

Add the toasted sesame seeds and cardamom powder to the jaggery mixture, stirring well to combine.

Pour the mixture onto a greased surface or parchment paper and spread it out evenly.

Allow it to cool slightly, then cut into pieces.
