Liberian Bitter Ball Torborgee Soup

Cut the head off the bitter balls and clean them thoroughly.
Place the bitter balls in a pot with sufficient water and wash them.
Add fresh pepper, chicken feet, turkey wings, dry meat, snails, and dry crab fish to the pot.
Add seasoning to taste and sufficient water, then cover the pot and cook.
Check on the soup after some minutes and stir well.
Add medic pepper to the soup and cover to cook properly.
Remove the dry fish from the pot once everything is cooked.
Separate the stock from the soup using a sifter.
Mash the proteins and bitter balls together.
Return the mashed mixture to the soup stock and stir well.
Add one seasoning cube to balance the flavor and allow it to boil briefly.
Add tobogee oil and stir without returning the pot to the fire.
Dissolve country soda in water and add to the soup, stirring well.
Add quiz soda in small amounts and stir until the soup thickens and turns yellow.
Gently add the dry bony fish to the soup and stir gently to avoid mashing.
