2 tablespoons curry powder
1 medium onion
4 scallions
2 teaspoons thyme
1 scotch bonnet pepper
1 green bell pepper
2 medium yellow potatoes
1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
1 can (15 oz) canned gongo peas
1 tablespoon salt
