Mix chopped green garlic, coriander, cumin seeds, and salt in a bowl.
Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a ball.
Flatten a dough ball and place a spoonful of the green garlic mixture in the center.
Fold the dough over the filling and seal it tightly.
Roll out the stuffed dough ball into a flat circle.
Heat oil or ghee in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook the paratha until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes each side.
Serve hot with yogurt or chutney.
