1

Mix 2 teaspoons of gelatin in 1/4 cup milk in a saucepan.

2

Add in 1 cup half and half and 2 tablespoons of sugar or to taste.

3

Add in 1/8 teaspoon of salt and cook on low heat, mixing well.

4

When it forms tiny bubbles on the edge, add in the gelatin with the milk mixture and mix for a little bit.

5

Pour in 1/3 cup strawberry puree and mix well, then turn off the heat.

6

Optionally, add a drop of red food coloring to make it more pink.

7

Place your serving glass on a towel and tilt it to the side.

8

Pour in the strawberry mixture and let it set in the fridge for about 2 to 3 hours.

9

Once the Strawberry Layer has set, mix 2 teaspoons of gelatin with 1/2 cup of milk and set it aside.

10

In a saucepan, add 1 cup half and half, 1 tablespoon of sugar or to taste, and 1/8 teaspoon of salt.

11

Add in 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla sugar or extract and cook on low heat until it forms bubbles on the side.

12

Add in the milk and gelatin mixture and mix well, then remove from heat.

13

Set it aside to cool down to about 90°F.

14

Take the glass with the Strawberry Layer out and pour in the milk mixture, filling it all the way to the top if desired.

15

If placing a strawberry inside the glass, pour about 3/4 of the milk mixture inside the glass.

16

Once done, place it in the fridge to set.

17

For those filled 3/4 of the way, cook the second milk layer similar to the first.

18

Once you have that, place a strawberry inside, wait for it to cool, and pour in the mixture.

19

Place it back in the fridge to set, and when it has set, serve and enjoy.
