Start by seasoning 2 lbs of goat meat and set it aside.

Take the Ninja Foodi pressure cooker outside to the kitchen.

Set the cooker to sauté high and brown the goat meat until there's no liquid left, about 4 minutes.

Add 2 cups of water and one chicken bouillon cube to the pot.

Mix in the diced potato and stir well.

Add the scotch bonnet pepper and season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Seal the pressure cooker and set it to cook on high pressure for 30 minutes.

Once cooked, check the consistency; if too watery, consider thickening with cornstarch or let it sauté to reduce liquid.

Taste the curry and adjust seasoning as necessary.
