Marinate 350 grams of chicken with lemon juice, 1 tablespoon ginger paste, 1.5 tablespoons garlic paste, 1 egg white, black pepper powder, a pinch of turmeric powder, and salt to taste.

Add 2 tablespoons of cornflour to the marinated chicken and mix well. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
