Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry

500 grams boneless chicken thighs
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1.5 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
salt to taste

Start by taking 500 grams of boneless chicken thighs.

Prepare the sauce by mixing 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1.5 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar, 3 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of chopped ginger, and 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic in a bowl.

Add 2 tablespoons of sesame oil to the sauce mixture and stir it well.

In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over high heat.

Add the chicken thighs to the pan and fry them for 5-7 minutes until they are browned.

While frying, add 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper powder and salt to taste according to your preference.
