Place 2 large frozen chicken breasts in the Instant Pot.

Add 1 cup of broth (or water) to the pot.

Pour in some Island teriyaki sauce to flavor the chicken.

Lock the lid on the Instant Pot and set it to sealing.

Select manual mode and set the cooking time to 9 minutes on high pressure.

After cooking, allow for a natural release of pressure until the pin drops (this takes 10 to 25 minutes).

Open the lid and use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the chicken.

Remove the chicken breasts from the pot and shred them.
