3 medium blue Crabs
1.7 to 2L of water
1 1/2 bag of cut Okra
2 tbsp of creamy peanut butter (optional)
2 large onions
5 to 6 habanero peppers
1 bulk of Green onions
A hand full of Jack Mackerel fish (can)
2 tbsp of smoked fish powder
2 tbsp of shrimp powder
2 Cups Palm oil
Adobo powder

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat until shimmering.

Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add chopped bell pepper and carrots, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes.

Incorporate diced tomatoes and cook until they break down, about 5 minutes.

Add sliced okra and stir to combine, cooking for another 5 minutes.

Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.

Add cumin, coriander, black pepper, salt, bay leaves, and thyme.

Simmer uncovered for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add chopped chili pepper and lemon juice, adjusting seasoning to taste.
