Season with salt, black pepper, and chopped coriander; mix well.
Form the mixture into patties or balls.
Heat more oil in the skillet over medium heat.
Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon juice and a side of sautéed vegetables.
