Add a handful of okra, 1 tin of chopped or plum tomato, 1 aubergine, 4 garlic cloves, and 3 spring onions; cook until softened.

Stir in 2-4 tablespoons of tomato puree, 2 maggi cubes, and 1 tomato maggi cube; mix well.

Pour in 2 cups of oxtail broth and 1 cup of water; bring to a boil.

Season with 1 tablespoon of jumbo all-purpose seasoning and 2 tablespoons of nutmeg; stir to combine.
