Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
Season the beef with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil, mixing well.
Spread the cooked ground beef evenly over the cheese on the pizza.
Add sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, and black olives on top of the meat.
Sprinkle additional mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan over the toppings.
Transfer the pizza to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
