Marinate catfish with lime juice, salt, and black pepper for 15 minutes.

Heat palm oil in a pot over medium heat until shimmering.

Sauté chopped onions, garlic, and ginger until fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.

Add chopped tomatoes and green pepper; cook until tomatoes soften, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the marinated catfish and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.

Add water to cover the fish and bring to a simmer.

Reduce heat and cook for 15 minutes until fish is cooked through.

In a separate pan, heat a little palm oil over medium heat.

Sauté sliced okra for 5-7 minutes until tender, adding cayenne pepper and seasoning cubes.

Combine the okra with the catfish stew and simmer together for 5 minutes.

Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
