Grind rice flour and cumin seeds with 50 ml of water until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and mix in 100 ml of water.

Add half a spoon of baking soda and mix well.

Stir in 3 to 5 spoons of sugar and mix thoroughly.

Heat a multicavity pan and pour 4 ml of oil into each cavity.

Pour the pancake mixture into the pan and let it fry for 6 minutes on medium heat until crispy.

Flip the pancake and cook until nicely done.

Remove from heat and serve.
