Start by preparing the ground beef using a meat grinder to get a coarse texture.
Chop 500 grams of potatoes into cubes, 500 grams of onion finely, and 250 grams of tomatoes finely.
Prepare ginger-garlic paste and chop 6-7 green chilies finely.
Heat oil in a pot on the stove, adjusting the amount according to preference.
Once the oil is hot, add whole spices (sabut garam masala) to the oil.
Add the chopped onions to the pot and fry until they are light brown.
Add the ground beef to the pot along with the ginger-garlic paste, chili flakes, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add the chopped tomatoes to the mixture and combine thoroughly.
Pour in water to the mixture, adjusting the amount according to preference, and mix well.
Cover the pot and cook for 10-15 minutes.
After 10-15 minutes, check the mixture; the beef should have a nice color and texture.
Add the chopped potatoes to the pot and mix well, cooking until the potatoes are tender.
Add chopped cilantro and finely chopped green chilies for garnish.
Cover the pot again and cook for another 10-15 minutes until the potatoes are fully cooked.
