Fry the potatoes until golden and crispy.

Assemble the Kapsalon by layering fries, followed by the cooked chicken, then topping with Gouda cheese. Place under a broiler until the cheese melts.

Top with chopped cucumber, red onions, iceberg lettuce, and tomatoes. Drizzle with garlic sauce.
