How to make kapsalon(Derron version)

Cut the chicken breast into pieces, any size you prefer.

Cut the cucumber and salad cabbage into pieces.

Spice the chicken with sunflower oil, black pepper, anise seeds, chicken spices, and garlic powder. Mix well and cover with aluminum foil to marinate for a few minutes.

Fry the potato chips until golden brown.

Fry the marinated chicken breast until it turns brown, according to your preference.

In an oven-safe bowl, layer the potato chips at the bottom.

Add the fried chicken breasts on top of the potato chips.

Pour grated cheese over the chicken and potato chips.

Place the bowl in the oven to melt the cheese.

Once the cheese is melted, add the chopped tomatoes and onions on top.

Add the cucumber and a drizzle of garlic sauce on top before serving.
