600gr fries
Shredded cheese

First mix the ingredients for the garlic sauce and put it aside.

Drizzle some oil in a pan and bake the döner until done.

Deep fry the fries until golden brown, drain well when taking out the fries and salt & shake.

Put the fries in an oven-safe/aluminum dish, cover with the döner, cover with shredded cheese to your liking and put it in a pre-heated oven of 180 degrees Celsius until the cheese melts.

Take out of the oven and put some lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and onions if you want.

Drizzle some garlic and hot sauce.
