2 green chilies
1/4 cup coriander leaves
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup coconut
2 cups sambar
1 cup chutney

Pour the batter into the idly maker, which has four layers.

Place the idly maker into a steamer that has water below it.

Close the steamer and leave it for about 5 to 10 minutes.

After 5 to 7 minutes, check if the idly is cooked by pricking it with a stick; if it comes out clean, the idly is ready.

Scoop the idly out with a spoon onto a serving plate.

To make dosa, grease some oil in a pan.

Take one scoop of batter and pour it into the pan.

Take a second scoop and spread it across to make a pancake.

Cook one side until it starts to leave the pan, then turn it over to cook the other side.

Once the other side is done and has a light golden color, remove it from the pan and place it into a serving dish.
