Aloo Bhujia

1 cup Besan
2 cups Potatoes (or 2 medium size)
1/2 tsp Red chili powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/4 tsp Chat masala
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Take besan into a dish.

Add boiled, peeled and grated potatoes, red chili powder, turmeric powder, chat masala, salt to taste and mix everything well together to make dough.

No need to add water while kneading dough.

Divide the dough into 2 equal size portions.

Roll one portion into a long cylinder and fill it in the mould used to make shev.

Fit fine variety of dish to make shev into the mould.

You can grease the mould well with oil if you want.

Heat up oil on medium heat.

Drop shev directly into hot oil.

Fry shev on medium heat for about 2-3 minutes.

After about a minute of frying from one side flip the shev over and fry from other side as well.

After about a minute or so take the shev out, drain the excess oil and transfer it into a dish.

Aloo bhujiya is already.

You can store aloo bhujiya into an air tight container for about a week.
