Aloo Bhujia

4 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp cumin
750 grams potato (sliced)
1 tbsp red chilli flakes
2 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp chaat masala
2 pinch red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1.5 tsp salt
2 tbsp red chilli sauce
4 small tomato (peeled off - grated)
1/4 glass water
1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
fresh coriander (as required)
green chilli (whole, as required)
cucumber (sliced, as required)

Heat cooking oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.

Add sliced potatoes and fry until they start to soften.

Mix in red chilli flakes, coriander powder, chaat masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt.

Add red chilli sauce and grated tomatoes, and stir well.

Add water as required and cover the pan, cooking on low flame for 5 minutes.

Stir in dried fenugreek leaves and mix well.

Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.

Serve with whole green chillies and sliced cucumber.
