1 cup Joha/bhog rice (aromatic rice)
2 tbsp Mustard oil
2 nos. Dry chilli
1 tsp Whole jeera
2 nos. Bay leaves
2-3 nos. Onion (medium size)
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
100 gm Button mushroom (optional)
1-2 nos. Tomato
Salt
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 no. Potato
1 no. Capsicum
1 no. Carrot
1 no. Squash
1 no. Ridge gourd
5-6 nos. Bean
6-7 cups Water
Coriander leaves
1 tsp Ghee
1 tsp Garam masala

Add chopped tomatoes, potato, capsicum, carrot, squash, ridge gourd, and beans; sauté for a few minutes.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt; mix well.

Add masoor dal and joha rice; stir to combine with the vegetables and spices.

Cover and cook on low heat until the dal and rice are cooked through, about 20-25 minutes.
