2 tbsp apricot jam
1 tsp vanilla

3 tbsp Softened butter
3/4 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Water
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp butter

Preheat the oven.

In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, and softened butter until well mixed.

Add the apricot jam and vanilla, mixing until combined.

In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, and mix until smooth.
