1.25 cups cake flour
1 cup custard sugar
0.5 cups milk
2 eggs
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
a pinch of salt
1 tablespoon apricot jam
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 cup fresh cream
115 grams butter
100 grams brown sugar
0.5 cups orange juice

Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius.

In a bowl, break 2 eggs and add 1 cup custard sugar, whisk until fluffy.

Add 1 tablespoon apricot jam to the egg mixture and cream together.

Melt 2 tablespoons butter and add to it 0.5 cups milk and 1 tablespoon vinegar.

In a separate plate, mix 1.25 cups cake flour with 1 teaspoon bicarbonate soda and a pinch of salt.

Combine the egg mixture with half of the flour mixture, then add half of the milk mixture and mix well.

Add the remaining flour mixture and the rest of the milk mixture, mix until combined.

Pour the mixture into a baking tray sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

Prepare the syrup by heating 0.5 cups orange juice and 100 grams sugar in a pot until dissolved.

Add 115 grams butter to the syrup and allow it to melt.

Stir in 1 cup fresh cream and lower the heat to prevent overflow.

Once the pudding is baked, pour the syrup over it and let it soak for 10 minutes before serving.
